How to book a ticket online with your Annual Pass

You can with ease and convenience book your ticket online, so you are ensured a seat onboard, when you sail.

Practical Information

– Buy an Annual Pass here

– A physical card will be made, which you pick up at Odense Aafart’s ticket sale by showing a receipt.

– The Annual Pass is valid for the tour boat (round trip), which sails a fixed route with the beginning at Munke Mose and stops at Odense Zoo and Fruens Bøge, where the boat turns around and sails back. The trip takes around 1 hour – 30 minutes each way, and it is possible to customize the trip by getting on or off at the different stops.

– You can book your trip online or by showing your card at the departure. In order to be ensured a seat, we recommend that you book in advance online.

– Your Annual Pass has a discount code printet on, which you can use to book your ticket online. The Annual Pass holder MUST use this link, when booking online.

– In order to use the advantages, you will have to show the Annual Pass. This is also the case, if you have bought the ticket online.

What does an Annual Pass cost?

Odense Aafart’s Annual Pass costs 299 DKK for adults and 229 DKK for children (ages 3-11-years-old)

What does the Annual Pass give access to?

The Annual Pass gives access to sail as much as you want with the ‘regular’ tour boat (round trip). The Annual Pass does not give access or discount to events.

How do I use my Annual Pass?

You can either show your Annual Pass at the tour boat, or book a ticket online (see how to above) and show the ticket along with the Annual Pass at the tour boat.

We recommend, you book a ticket in advance online in the high season, as sold out departures can occur.

Tickets booked online are only valid by showing the Annual Pass at departure.

How long is my Annual Pass valid?

Your Annual Pass is valid for 365 days from the pick up date. The pass will be activated in our ticket shop.

Can I split the trip up?

You are allowed to split the trip up. The price includes one trip/return. Therefore, you have the possibility to sail out in the morning and get picked up in the afternoon.

Do I get discounts/advantages with my Annual Pass??

Yes, there are lots of advantages and discounts.

How do I use discounts/advantages?

Dsicounts/advantages can be used by showing the Annual Pass while buying a physical ticket. It is not possible to buy a ticket online and use the discounts/advantages.

Can I regret the purchase of my Annual Pass?

Yes, there is a ’14 days right of withdrawal’ for Odense Aafart’s Annual Pass. However, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply if the Annual Pass is redeemed in the ticket sale and is therefore in use.

I have lost my Annual Pass, what do I do?

Lost or damaged cards can be replaced with a fee of 50 DKK i Odense Aafart’s ticket sale. The activation date will in this case be the original date of purchase.

Is my Annual Pass personalized?

Yes, Annual Passes are personalized and may not be used by others than the Annual Pass holder. If the card is misused, then the card will be withdrawned.

Can my Annual Pass be withdrawned?

Yes, if your Annual Pass is used by another person than the Annual Pass holder, then the card will be withdrawned permanently.
