Bring your colleagues for an unforgettable day with Odense Aafart

At Odense Aafart we offer several different events for companies. Are you the one to arrange this year’s teambuilding? And do you want to impress your colleagues?

When renting a boat for an event, we sail up and down Odense River. You decide if you want to combine it with a wine-tasting, music, segways, and/or teambuilding exercises in the beautiful natural areas of Odense.

Here, we will offer you some inspiration for, which package deals we offer. If you and your employees have something special in mind, you are welcome to contact us, and we will tailor the perfect company event for you.

Company event with teambuilding activities, segway, and sailing on Odense River.

Price: min. 10.000 kr. ex vat. (1-25 participants)

Odense Aafart offers a 4-hour company event which includes sailing on Odense River and different teambuilding activities such as segway. The event includes a great tour in the boat, a number of outdoor activities to build trust and cooperation, and a delicious picnic in the green surroundings consisting of sandwiches and drinks. The activities can be adjusted to your needs.

The price will be adjusted to the number of participants and whether it is on a weekday or at the weekend.

Company event with segways at the Ansgar Plant. 

Price: min. 2000 kr. ex vat. (2-8 persons)

Are you in for a fun, outdoor company event, where you are going to be active and laugh a lot? Then this company event with segways in Odense is just the right thing for you.
The purpose is to create a nice and cozy experience for everybody involved. If you haven’t tried segways before, you have to get used to it, and this can bring a lot of fun and trouble with it to experience each other on different grounds.
In that way, the e vent quickly turns into an event where you get to know each other and laugh a lot in the process.

The event has a duration of around 2 hours.

The price will be calculated by the numbers of participants and whether it is on a weekday or at the weekend.

Create your own wine tasting

Price-example: 10.970 kr. incl. vat – 1-hour of sailing with a Champagne tasting (weekday) for 15 persons.

When renting your own boat, you can also buy a wine tasting. In collaboration with H.J. Hansen we sail up Odense River, while you listen to – and not least taste – a lot of different wines. You are free to choose the theme you want. It could be champagne tasting, sparkling wines, French wines, Italian wines etc.

The price is calculated on the number of participants, day (weekday/weekend), and wine type.

Teambuilding with canoes

Price: min. 10.000 kr. ex. vat. for 1-25 persons + rent of canoes.

You can combine your teambuilding event with canoe renting. You will be sailed to Fruens Bøge (The beech wood forest) by our tour-boats, where you will have your teambuilding event. Thereafter you will have the possibility to sail back to Munke Mose in canoes.

Rent your own boat

3500 kr. for the first hour (Mon-Tue) – thereafter 1750 kr. for the following hour. (incl. vat)

4500 kr. for the first hour (Fri-Sun) – thereafter 1250 kr. for the following hour. (incl. vat)

Does your company want to rent your own boat for an event? Do you want to invite your colleagues on a fairy tale boat ride in the beautiful green surroundings of Odense? At Odense Aafart, you can rent your own boat and combine it with coffee and cake or a glass of bubbles. You can also combine the trip with some music or a lecture.
