Practical Information

– In order to book an event with a gift card, you have to choose the specific event and date at Buy Tickets, and then enter the gift card’s promocode. Few events require additional payment, which is described above.

– The events take between 1-1,5 hours, you need to meet 15 minutes before departure at the ticket sale of Odense Aafart at Filosofgangen 30B, 5000 Odense C.

– Events are very popular and we therefore recommend that you book your event in advance onlne. Remaining tickets will be sold at the Aafarten’s ticket sale the day of the event after first come, first served principle. Bought tickets cannot be refunded.

– I relation to Music on the River, beer, water, and wine can be purchased at Aafarten’s ticket sale before entering the boat and you can also buy beverages on board. You are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks on the music tours.

– An Annual Pass does not give access or discount to events.

What does a gift card cost?

The price for a gift card depends on the gift card theme you choose. The price vary from 150 DKK to 299 DKK. Read more in the description of the different themes.

What does a gift card give access to?

A gift card gives access to different events -based on the gift card theme you have choosen.

Please note, a gift card for a specific theme cannot be used for an event from another theme. Read more about which events each gift card gives access to above.

How do I use my gift card?

A gift card has a promocode, which you need when booking the specific event online. Go to Buy Ticket, choose the specific event and date, and then enter the promo code.

The Wine Tasting Theme Champagne & other Sparkeling Wines costs more than the gift card to wine tastings, and you have to pay additional 50 DKK after entering the promo code.

How long is my gift card valid?

A gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Can I exchange my gift card to another gift card of the same price?

No, you cannot exchange your gift card for another gift card of the same price.

Can I regret my purchase of my a gift card?

No, you cannot regret your purchase of a gift card.

Can I use my Annual Pass for events?

No, an Annual Pass does not give access to events.
