Odense Aafart ApS, Filosofgangen 30B, DK-5000 Odense C, CVR-nr.: 87806316 has the responsibility for booking on this website.
Tickets bought online can be showed on your smartphone or in a printet version. At the arrival at Odense Aafart’s tour boats, the tickets are scanned easily and fast.
Your ticket is valid for the day and the departure you chose when buying the ticket.
Odense Aafart accepts payment by Danmark, VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercars and Mobilepay. For companies who wish to pay via EAN-number or receive an invoice, please contact us by phone or e-mail. All sums are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and taxes are included.
Your ticket is valid for the day and the departure you chose when buying the ticket. The date and time of departure are noted at ticket.
Online tickets will be send to the e-mail address registered immediate after we receive your order.
Remember to check your “spam” folder, if you have not yet received the e-mail.
Odense Aafart do not have any responsibility for delays in delivery that are caused by technical issues. No fees are being charged.

Right of Cancellation
Referring to “Lov om forbrugeraftale §18, stk. 2 nr. 12”, tickets or annual tickets bought online are not covered by the right of cancellation. That is, tickets cannot be refunded.
It is possible to rebook tickets to “Rundtur på Odense Å” to another day and departure in a 24 hours advance of the original departure. For further information, please read the section “REBOOKING”.
According to Danish legislation, you have a 14 days right of revocation when buying a gift certificate. However, this requires that you have not used the gift certificate beforehand.
Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Tickets to “Rundtur på Odense Å” can be rebooked to another date and time of departure until 24 hours before the time of departure.
This is done on “My Page”
Purchases of events are binding and it is therefore not possible to rebook these tickets.
Security of Personal Data
When shopping on our webshop, you hand over the following information:
Name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
By accepting the payment, the guest accepts that Odense Aafart ApS can hold his/her/their personal data. The purpose hereby is to permit a common customer administration, to secure that Odense Aafart ApS has access to reliable personal documention if there were to be an accident, cancellation, etc.
Personal data registeret at Odense Aafart is being hold no more than 5 years, and the data will then be deleted.
The personal data is not encrypted and will not be passed on to a third party. No sensitive personal data is being kept.
Odense Aafart can not be held responsible for agreements or damages when a situation (force majeure) is outside the control of Odense Aafart.
This is the case in war, threats of war, natural disasters, nuclear disaster, rebellions, disturbances, activities of terror, threats about terror, unfavourable weather conditions, quarantines and isolations called by national authorities.
